We actively fight fraudulent chargebacks and disputes, and any attempt to initiate a chargeback without legitimate cause will result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action.

In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to any refunds, and any outstanding payments owed to AdvisorScale will remain payable.
