- Payments for all consulting services, programs, digital products, and subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Subscription Services: If you sign up for one of our membership programs, you agree to the subscription payment schedule. Payments will be charged to your provided payment method automatically at the beginning of each term unless you cancel the subscription in accordance with our cancellation policy (see Section 4).
- One-Time Products and Services: All one-time services, digital products, and consulting packages are charged in full upfront and are non-refundable.
At AdvisorScale, we are confident in the quality of our services and programs. Due to the nature of our digital products and high-value consulting services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Non-usage of the service or product.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Inability to attend live or recorded events or training.
- Failure to implement the strategies provided by AdvisorScale.
Exceptions: In certain circumstances, we offer specific performance guarantees tied to our services, such as the delivery of a certain number of appointments through our marketing programs. If we fail to meet the agreed-upon number of appointments within the specified time, you may be eligible for a performance-based remedy, subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting our support team to resolve any issue is considered a violation of this policy. We take chargebacks very seriously, and any attempt to defraud or misuse payment systems may result in legal action or being blacklisted from future services.
By providing your payment details and authorizing the transaction on AdvisorScale.com, you agree to the following:
- Accurate Information: You confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and complete.
- You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to the payment method provided.
- Authorization for Future Charges: For subscription-based services, you agree to automatic recurring charges to your payment method, in accordance with the payment schedule you agreed to at the time of purchase.
- Failed Payments: If your payment fails or is declined, you must update your payment information promptly. Failure to provide valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of your services.

If AdvisorScale fails to meet the minimum number of guaranteed appointments as outlined in your agreement, you may be eligible for additional services or consultations at no extra charge until the guarantee is fulfilled.
Eligibility for Remedies: To qualify for any remedies, you must meet all conditions of the service agreement, including providing accurate information, being available for scheduled appointments, and actively participating in the process.
